5. Payment Rules
You must pay all project fees, retainers, or recurring charges as outlined in our written contracts, proposals, or invoices. We typically require payments up front, in milestones, or as specified in the service agreement.
If you don’t pay on time, we may suspend your services or end your project. All prices don’t include taxes unless we state otherwise.
6. Project Delivery & Timelines
We will work hard to deliver your projects on the agreed timelines. However, we may need to adjust delivery dates if you cause delays, change the project scope, or unexpected circumstances arise.
You must provide us with the necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
7. What You Need to Do
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, content, and access credentials we need for Shopify development
- Review our work and give feedback within agreed timelines
- Make sure you have the legal right to use any images, content, or materials you give us
8. Our Liability Limits
EcomFame will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using our website or services.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party tools, issues with the Shopify platform, hosting providers, or your use of our services.
In any case, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
9. Service Disclaimers
EcomFame provides Shopify development services “as-is” and “as-available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free websites, or guaranteed revenue results from Shopify stores.
While we use best practices, we cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats, third-party errors, or client mismanagement.
10. Ending Services
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement by providing written notice. EcomFame reserves the right to suspend or end services if:
- You don’t pay as agreed
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in unlawful or abusive behavior
11. Which Laws Apply
Bangladesh law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you live outside Bangladesh, your local laws may also apply, but Bangladesh remains the primary jurisdiction.
12. International Clients
Since we serve clients worldwide, your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. We ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other international standards to protect your rights.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
